This machine is specially designed for craft brewery and high-quality carbonated and no-carbonated drinks with small capacity to rinse can, fill products into cans and seal cans automatically. It can be used to fill beer, carbonated drinks and no-carbonated drinks. There are 2 pre-rinsing valves, 2 CO2 pre-filling valves, 2 drink filling valves, 1 seaming. Filling capacity can get to 14 cans per minute.
This machine is designed as a small size and fast filling speed, sanitary, movable, simple operation. The whole work is controlled by PLC programming. All the parameter can be set from a HD HMI interface. It can be used inline to be connected with other equipment, such as can depalletizer, labeler, date printer, etc. No Doubt that it is the ideal caning machine for all small/limited capacity drinks.

3.Working process
Working process: put can(on the feed table)→press green button (AUTO mode)→Cans Enter the rinsing station for rinsing→
Enter the CO2 pre-filling station(CO2 in, and air out)→Enter the drinks filling station(volume is controlled by IFM flow meters)→
filling is completed during getting the setting volume→Enter the lids dropping station,lids are dropped on the mouth of cans→
Enter the seaming station→seaming is completed to enter the water spray station to wash outside of the cans→completed
