60bbl beer brite tank manufactured in China for Seattle breweries | NFE

Project Summary:

Customer approached us, needing help with an expansion. They needed good quality beer fermenters, brite tanks and cold liquor tank, and they needed customized tanks.

◪

The initial order was for some larger vessels for their cellar expansion – they later came to us about some brite beer tanks.

◪

Customers ordered: 1x30bbl jacketed brite tanks and 1x50bbl jacketed brite tanks and 2x60bbl jacketed brite tanks. 

Challenge and Solution:

Because of customer’s brewery height limited, and they asked for the height for the 60bbl brite tank can’t be over for 10' 6"(3.2meters), so we changed the drawing again and again, and confirmed the drawing with customer several times, when the customer confirmed the drawing, and they arranged the down payment quickly. But in the process of manufacturing, because of firstly cooperation, we can feel customer’s worried, in order to eliminate the customer's concerns, the production of brite tank has made some progress, we will take some pictures of the progress to the customer. Beside , the shipping cost is included the contract, when we are finished the production for the tanks and ready for the delivery, we checked the freight rate has come down a bit compare to the confirmed order, we minus the overpayment of freight from our customer, customer is very very happy, “That’s great!
