Along with the happiness of Chinese New Year, 120Kegs/h automatic keg washing and filling line is shipped on time to Georgia on Jan 14. 4 40ft HC containers were loaded successfully. It is the last shipment before the holiday of Chinese New Year. This shipment of kegging line is very significant for NFE and our customer! It means a lot for NFE! It proves again that NFE and his team is an excellent group in the field of beer equipment. It also takes big step for NFE to realize the strategy of being top supplier of TURNKEY brewery system from beer brewing equipment to beer packing line.
As the biggest national brewery in Georgia, our this customer has a lot of cooperation with Krones, KHS in beer brewing system, beer filling line,carbonated drink processing and packaging line. They have a very high level requirement in the brewery equipment. Considering of the high cost-perform, they decided to order this 120 kegs/h automatic keg line in China. This line needs to include auto keg external washer, automatic keg washing filling machine, keg turners, keg weigher and rejecter, beer flash pasteurizer, caps applicator, full kegs palletizer, CIP, conveyors,control system,pipelines, installation and training,etc.They sent the inquiry to about 40 suppliers in China. Through the rigorous technical communication, quotation compare and negotiation, NFE is finally chosen as the exclusive supplier of the whole keg line because of the professional technology and great attention to detail! Customer asked that the equipment has to be shipped before the holiday of Chinese New Year. Orelse, NFE will pay 1% of the contract to buyer per day as the default fine of delaying shipment. It means that only 55 days was left to complete such a big keg line! It is a big challenge. After the serious analysis of the current situation by technical and production Dept, NFE team accepted this challenge! Then, you already know the result of this story in the beginning of this file. This automatic keg line was completed as promised and shipped to Georgia in the last 2 days before the holiday of Chinese New Year! Meanwhile, all the machines were tested in our factory, all the wires and pipes were connected and made the mark before shipment, which can save a lot of time in the installation on site.
