The brewing equipment list of this 7bbl brewery project as follows：
2 vessels steam 7bbl brewhouse equipment(7bbl mash/ lauter tun, 7bbl kettle /whirlpool tun, electrical heating)

Challenges ：
Because this set brewing equipment will be do the yeast, our client need something pressure rated to sterilize the wort and the boiling Kettle with pressure rating sterilize wort, as you know, our standard for the boiling kettle with no pressure and it is atmospheric tank. but I talked to our technical engineer, they told that we can do the kettle with pressure rating, and it can be with 30psi-45psi, and the tank is fully sealed, client is very happy for that we can do the boiling kettle with pressure, and they ordered one set 10bbl direct fired brewing system. but when they tanks is almost finished the production and we test the brewing equipment at our factory before shipping, when we test the pressure to 15psi for boiling kettle, even we add the thickness for 4mm bottom of boiling kettle and the tank is a little deformation, when we checked the problem, we told this to our client immediately, because we can't sell any problems tanks to our customer, we must do good quality brewing equipment for our customer, this is our do business principle.
We know that the boiling kettle with dome bottom and it can be with pressure，but our customer’s brewing system with direct fire heating，it must be with flat bottom, so it is not worked for boiling kettle with pressure, we discussed with our customer a lot, and we discussed for several optional with our customer. We suggest that we will do a new tank with pressure and the tank with dome bottom, but the tank with steam heating, but customer told that their brewery can’t do the gas and they can’t require the boiling kettle with steam jacket heating, we also considered a new boiling kettle with domed bottom and with electric heating, but customer checked that there no large electricity amperes for this set 10bbl brewing system with electric heating.

At last customer adjust to a 7BBL all electric brewing system, and the boiling kettle with domed bottom and electric boil kettle that can hold pressure for 15psi, we rearranged the production for this set 7bbl brewing system immediately. And when it is finished production, we test the set brewing equipment at our factory, especially we test the pressure for the boiling kettle, even we set up to 30psi, and the boiling kettle worked very well.
