I want to introduce this brewery today. Their beer and food are really good. Brewery name is Chula Vista Brewery, founded by Timothy Parker, and his wife Dali. This brewery locates in Chula Vista, California. They ordered a set of full 10bbl brewing system in Dec,2020.
The story between Chula Vista Brewery and NFE was from Dec 03,2020. Tim found our company from Google and knew that NFE is a good supplier of full brewing system by our website. He left a message about the requirement of his 10bbl brewery equipment in our website. Then our story started. This 10bbl system was customized uniquely by the requirement. The floor area is very limited. Grist miller was required to mount on the top of the grist hopper as a unit. Mash lauter tun and HLT was combined: top is mash tun, bottom is HLT. HLT was electric heating, Kettle is gas direct fired heating. 10bbl jacketed Brite tanks were horizontal and stackable in order to fit for the limited area. Glycol Chiller and keg washer were all included. By the rigorous design and technical communication back and forth between both side,in the tanks and layout, the whole system was just matched in the floor area. Then, logically Chula placed the order with NFE on Dec 23. It was a fast order. The whole system was completed and shipped to CA in Feb 2021. Chula Vista Brewery was very happy in the brewing system quality and the efficient services from NFE.
