Yes. Customization is important to ensure that the equipment aligns with our unique brewing process and any special requirements we may have.

All the beer tanks, pipelines, valves, pumps, instruments which touch with beer,water,glycol, washing solutions are all made of sanitary Stainless steel 304. We can also make them by SS316L if required. All the SS304/316L are all sanitary grade. Control cabinets are also made of SS304 to keep pretty clean.

Quality control measures are critical for ensuring that the brewing equipment meets industry standards and performs reliably. NFE has professional Quality Control Team to monitor the whole manufacturing process of each order. Each tank will be inspected and confirmed to be made by the drawings before the balance paid.

We will provide 12 months warranty for all components and tanks in our brewing system. NFE owns an professional after-sales service team. We can dispatch experienced engineers to install the system on your site and training. If you don’t need installation service on site, we will help you assemble and operate the system by emails, photos, phone call, online videos,etc, until your brewery system can run well. If any parts or tanks are broken during the warranty, we will replace them immediately for free. After the warranty, NFE will supply lifetime free technical consulting and supply all the parts with the cheapest cost.

Understanding the lead time is crucial for planning our production schedule and ensuring timely delivery of the equipment. The lead time of each brewing equipment is up to the brewing capacity. Generally, fermenters, brite tank of any volume separated tanks can be done from 20 to 30 days. Less than 30bbl volume complete brewing system can be completed within 70 days. More than 30bbl volume beer system can be completed around 70 to 90 days. Meanwhile, urgent orders can be treated as urgent production speed to meet with customer’s requirement.

Yes. We will dispatch experienced engineers to install the system on your site and make training in the operation of brewing first batch of beer. For large capacity commercial beer brewing system, we can dispatch an installation engineering team for the complete installation and training.
