A 2000L jacketed beer fermentation tank is a tank that has a volume capacity of 2000 liters, and it is equipped with a jacketed cooling system to control the temperature of the beer during the fermentation process. This type of tank is suitable for medium to large breweries that produce a significant amount of beer.

Certified stainless steel material. Sanitary construction with 100% TIG welded joints and seams with sanitary interior polish. All tanks and jackets inspected and pressure tested to 2 times operating pressure. All tanks insulated with high efficiency polyurethane foam. We can custom fabricate any tank to meet your brewery’s space and height restrictions. Tank design pressure is 30 PSI

Fermentation vessel w/25% head space.
Design pressure 30psi or 2bar.
Interior shell: SUS304, thickness 3mm.
Exterior shell: SUS304, thickness 2mm.
Interior and exterior finish bright polish to 2B, hygienic surface.
60° conical cone bottom.
Racking port and discharge port with butterfly valve and fittings.
Side or Top man way door, shadowless.
Dimple glycol cooling jackets with glycol inlets and outlets.
Polyurethane foam insulation, thickness 80mm/>3” on side and bottom.
Fully welded exterior shell.
4 legs with levelling foot pads.
CIP arm and spray ball.
Rotating racking arm.
Vacuum relief at 2bar.
Pressure relief valve at 2bar as standard.
Sanitary pressure gauge.
Perlick style sample valve.
Tank complete with fittings, valves, and all parts.
Lifting Lugs.
Thermowell.
P100 temperature sensor.
24V DC liquid solenoid valve.
