500L jacketed beer fermentation tanks refer to fermentation vessels used in the brewing process to ferment beer. They have a total capacity of 500 liters and are equipped with a jacket (insulated layer) around the tank to regulate and control the temperature during the fermentation process.

Our industry-leading uni-tank fermenters are available ranging in size from 2 BBL to 300 BBL.

Certified stainless steel material. Sanitary construction with 100% TIG welded joints and seams with sanitary interior polish. All tanks and jackets inspected and pressure tested to 2 times operating pressure. All tanks insulated with high efficiency polyurethane foam. We can custom fabricate any tank to meet your brewery’s space and height restrictions. Tank design pressure is 30 PSI or 2bar.
