semi-automatic CIP cleaning system

The full automatic CIP cleaning system is mainly used in breweries, food company, medicine,and big beverages factory like Cola, milk, energy drinks,etc. Generally it consists of 4 or 5 tanks: Caustic tank, Acid tank, hot water tank, recovery/reclaim tank, clear water tank or sanitizer tank. Each tank has level sensors to work with the strong acid/caustic dosing system to make the caustic and acid solutions automatically. The whole cleaning process is automatic controlled by PLC programming. With the conductivity meters, the qualified caustic and acid will return to caustic tank and acid tank. The unqualified caustic and acid solutions will return to recovery tank automatically as the rinsing water for next washing, which can save a lot of water,steam and higher washing efficiency.  This full automatic CIP cleaning system can be customized by the requirement of each customer. It can be designed as one line,two line or three lines. We can also design the whole washing pipings for your plant to work with our CIP system. Many big factory is using our full automatic CIP system, such as Coca-Cola, SNB, etc.
