Control panel for the brewing system can be made as two types: touch screen HMI+PLC type, simple button type. All the parts in both of control panel are fit for UL or CE or CSA listed by customers' requirement. Touch screen and PLC are used Siemens system with working program. Temperature controller are included. The temperature of brewhouse, fermenters,brite tanks, glycol chiller are all automatically controlled. There are VFD to control the variable speed of motors and pumps.Touch screen type is fit for big capacity brewing system, such as 20bbl, 2000L, 30bbl,3000L,and more than 30bbl system. This 10bbl system was supplied to Chula Vista,CA in 2021. Grist miller was required to mount on the top of the grist hopper as a unit. Mash lauter tun and HLT was combined: top is mash tun, bottom is HLT. HLT was electric heating, Kettle is gas direct fired heating. 10bbl jacketed Brite tanks were horizontal and stackable in order to fit for the limited area. Glycol Chiller and keg washer were all included. Chula Vista Brewery was very happy in the brewing system quality and the efficient services from NFE.
