Control panel for the brewing system can be made as two types: touch screen HMI+PLC type, simple button type. All the parts in both of control panel are fit for UL or CE or CSA listed by customers' requirement. Touch screen and PLC are used Siemens system with working program. Temperature controller are included. The temperature of brewhouse, fermenters,brite tanks, glycol chiller are all automatically controlled. There are VFD to control the variable speed of motors and pumps.
Touch screen type is fit for big capacity brewing system, such as 20bbl, 2000L, 30bbl,3000L,and more than 30bbl system. We mount remote control moudule in the control panel for online remote control and modification once issues are happened.

Button type control panel is much easy, simple and cheaper compare with touch screen type. It is very fit for the small capacity brewhouse, such as 5bbl, 7bbl, 10bbl,etc. Surely 15bbl,20bbl,30bbl also can be used button type control panel.
